Brookfield Infrastructure Partners operates long life, high quality infrastructure assets with high barriers to entry and low maintenance capital requirements that generate stable and growing cash flows. Current operations consist of the ownership and operation of electricity transmission systems, timberlands and social infrastructure in North and South America, the United Kingdom and Australia and we intend to seek acquisition opportunities in other infrastructure sectors with similar attributes.

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners was established by Brookfield Asset Management, a global asset management company focused on property, power and other infrastructure assets with approximately $90 billion of assets under management. Brookfield Asset Management acts as the manager of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners under a long-term Master Services Agreement.
