Brookfield Infrastructure Partners operates long life, high quality infrastructure assets with high barriers to entry and low maintenance capital requirements that generate stable and growing cash flows. Our current portfolio of infrastructure assets are primarily in utilities, transportation, and timberlands sectors, as well as social infrastructure. These operations are located in North and South America, Europe, Australasia and China. We intend to seek acquisition opportunities in other infrastructure sectors with similar attributes.

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners was established by Brookfield Asset Management, a global asset management company focused on property, power and other infrastructure assets with approximately $80 billion of assets under management. Brookfield Asset Management acts is the manager of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners under a long-term Master Services Agreement.
