Brookfield Infrastructure Partners was established by Brookfield Asset Management, a global asset manager focused on property, renewable power and infrastructure assets with over $100 billion of assets under management. Brookfield Asset Management acts as the manager of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners under a long-term Master Services Agreement.
