Brookfield Infrastructure Partners was established by Brookfield Asset Management, a global asset manager with approximately $150 billion of assets under management and over a 100-year history of owning and operating assets with a focus on real estate, power, infrastructure and private equity. Brookfield Asset Management acts as the manager of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners under a long-term Master Services Agreement.
